My favorite movie genre has always been comedies, particularly Will Ferrell films. If he has a film in theaters, I am definitely seeing it the night of its premiere. (His film, Kicking and Screaming, is my all-time favorite film, too!) I love seeing the next big film in theaters and I am the type of person that HAS to have popcorn; mainly because it tastes better than microwavable popcorn, but also because it adds to the overall movie viewing experience. I also really enjoy superhero movies or fantasy series like Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter- they are the best for snow day movie marathons! Ultimately though, I will see almost any genre of movie, especially when my friends bring me to a poorly rated film and they think it is amazing. It gives me bragging rights against them!
